About us

WIT group is a small operation run by 3 dedicated members who have current law enforcement experience.

We are well trained and come from both a major criminal investigation and armed response background.

We have expertise and substantial experience in:

• Counter terrorism.
• Risk mitigation.
• We have training and first-hand experiences in de-escalation tactics, managing stress and adrenaline during violent, dangerous, and high risk situations.
• Planning and responding to critical incidents including, active shooters, dealing with violent offenders, attending, and managing serious
  incidents involving harm of all nature.
• We have training and experience in managing complex criminal investigations.
• We have current knowledge and understanding of trends within the criminal sector. This includes both nationally and internationally.
  We have decided to enter this space to educate and promote safety within the workspace.

We believe that because of New Zealand’s isolation many schools, businesses and other organizations have become completely under prepared to deal with violent and other unforeseen critical events.

This creates major risk. Failure to understand this and how to deal with it appropriately could cause significant harm.

Our priority and business objective are primarily to educate and create a safer environment for you, your colleagues, your pupils, and customers.

We offer robust feedback and if we feel you are already have exceptional systems in place and do not require our assistance then our site survey will be free.
